We do not offer refunds or returns if a customer does not like the product, changes their mind, or no longer wishes to keep the item after delivery.
Eligibility for Return or Refund

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item
If the issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order
If a clear and continuous unboxing video is provided as proof of damage or incorrect product
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Attach the unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Return Conditions
Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including tags and accessories. Any product showing signs of use or tampering will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs will be covered by Glowory Jewel only in cases where a damaged or incorrect product has been delivered. In all other situations, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
