We offer both domestic and international shipping.

PACKAGING

Every jewellery package from us arrives at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof packing. Whether it is a jewellery or solitaire, your item is delivered to you in an exclusive Glowory box along with the relevant certificates.

Shipping Timeframes:
– India: Delivery within 7 to 10 working days.
– International: Delivery within 15 to 30 days after dispatch.

Order Processing:
– Orders are processed within 3 to 8 days before dispatch.
– Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Charges:
– Shipping charges depend on the location and will be calculated at checkout.
– Customers are responsible for any customs duties for international orders.

Delivery to Identified Person

As the product reaches the destination, at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide PAN card details ( identity proof) to collect the product as part of BVC Courier Policy.

We make sure that delivery is made with the help of a courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same. To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient’s identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing original copies of identity proof for identification

Lost or Delayed Shipments:
Glowory is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services or customs procedures.
