Refund & Return Policy

At Glowory, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we do not offer refunds if a customer
simply does not like the product.

Eligibility for Return & Refund:

– If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
– You must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage or incorrect product.
– Refund processing time: 15 days after we receive the return shipment.

How to Request a Refund:

1. Email us at gloworyjewellery@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Attach the unboxing video along with your order details.
3. We will verify the request and provide further instructions.

Return Shipping:

Customers must return the product in unused condition with original packaging. Shipping costs for
returns will be covered by us only in case of damaged or incorrect products.
