We use secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and intact. Every order is fully insured during transit and handled only by trusted courier partners. You’ll receive a tracking ID once the product is shipped so you can monitor the delivery in real time. In the rare case of any issue during shipping, we’ll take full responsibility and resolve it immediately.
We understand that sometimes plans change. You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team via email or WhatsApp. Once the order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request and offer an exchange or store credit if applicable.
